I want to make vanilla ice cream, but do not have an ice cream maker. I’ve heard you can make it in a plastic bag? Is this possible & if so, how?

I believe there were four or six snowballs per box. They were made out of vanilla ice cream, then rolled in coconut and decorated with a sprig of holly on the top. Doilies and candles were provided in the box, as well. They were in local grocery stores every winter, but I haven’t seen them the past two years.

I tried garlic ice cream in California at the garlic festival. It was soooo good, and I can’t seem to find it any where here in Arizona. Does anyone know where you can find garlic ice cream at a store or even to buy it online. Thanks!
Those of you who think it’s a bad idea to put garlic in ice cream, you have got to try it. The gilroy garlic festival in cali. is a great place to go if you do like garlic. It is actually really good to eat, it taste just like vanilla ice cream with a little spice to it. It is the best ice cream ive had and I love junk food.

I’ve found a hand-written recipe (old) that calls for a family block of vanilla ice cream. It’s used in a Jelly Cream Ring. I’m also guessing that the recipe comes from the UK somewhere as it also calls for jelly squares. I haven’t quite figures out which relative wrote it. Thanks for any help.
The recipe calls for 2 packets of jelly squares, 1 pint boiling water, 13 1/2 oz. tinof raspberries and a ring mould to hold 3 1/2 pints.

I have some ice cream mix that is from Walmart’s.

However, I would like a good, old fashioned recipe but my mom’s deceased and no one else seems to know one.

Please make it one besides vanilla ice cream if you can.

Ours has not been working; the ice cream doesn’t freeze right and it ends up not being creamy enough. We use an electric ice cream maker.
Please don’t give me those ziplock bag recipes;
The ice cream maker is brand new…We had another and it had the same problem, so we bought a new one to see if it would work…And please, just give me a recipe, I don’t want a troubleshooting manual
Oh yeah, and it needs to be regular old vanilla ice cream…
