ICE CREAM CONE SURPRISE!!!

The greatest ice cream cone surprise you will ever eat! EVER!!!!! Facebook friends!! www.facebook.com Lets tweet! www.twitter.com For my Ice Cream Cone Surprise, this is what you’re gonna need… 1 Box Cake or Cupcake Mix Whatever ingredients needed for mix, I’m using… ¾ Cup Water 1/3 Cup Canola/Vegetable Oil 3 Egg Whites 8-10 Cookies, depending on how “cookied” you like it!! 12 Ice cream Cones Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees or whatever you cake mix directions call for. Mix the ingredients for your cake/cupcake mix in a large bowl. Put your cookies in a plastic bag and seal it up. Then take a rolling pin or can and roll over the cookies, breaking them up into pieces. Then mix those cookies into the cake batter. Put your cones in the cupcake tin then fill them with the cake batter 3/4 of the way full so they have room to rise. Then in the oven they go per your cake mix directions. When done, let sit and cool and then top with whip cream so it looks like an actual icecream cone, but again, it’s not really ice cream….!! You can even top with actual icecream for an extra topper if you want! Sprinkle some extra cookie crumbs on top and enjoy the greatest ice cream cone surprise you’ll EVER eat!!!!

Sorry my video quality is so crappy, I recorded with my digital camera :/ I just started a food blog. Right now there is a recipe for creme brulee :) enjoy! annkitchenadventures.blogspot.com Ingredients and Utensils: ice cream (any kind) bread crumbs (preferably the American kind) coconut flakes (or if you can find dessicated coconut use that) 3 egg whites 3 bowls oil (I used canola oil) ice cream scooper (or spoon) saran wrap (plastic wrap) a pan/pot high enough to fry your ice cream balls a small serving plate Also, next time I will use tempura batter and see how it stand up to this method. I think using tempura batter will give it more of a restaurant style taste, but it will be more difficult. Thanks for watching and hope you like it! Ingredients: 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 TBS Artificial Sweetener or Liquid Splenda equivalent Freezing Container 3 cups of ice 6 TBS of Salt Nutrition Info: (1 serving) 250 Calories, 22g Fat, 3g Carbs, 2g Protein (IF = Induction Friendly)
