So I’m making Ice cream cone cupcakes for my kids birthday party this weekend and decided to try them out last night. I’m not sure if I filled them up enough cause they just went over the rim a little. The recipe I used said to cook them for 15 min and mine took more like 30 min. Any suggestions are a better recipe. Do I just need to fill them up more so they are more like ice cream cones?
How do I keep them from getting stale?

I would like to serve the ice cream in a ball form. Any ideas on how to freeze the balls? Should I make the balls, place on cookie sheets to freeze, and take them out on the day of the event and place in a glass bowl?
Has anyone tried this?

Say you have a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and you want to get three kinds of ice cream for your guests. What three do you get?

I left ice cream out for about 5 hours and just put it in the freezer. It was still cold. Do you think its still good? Links would help. Thanks
It didn’t turn to soup, more of a paste. I think it might still be good to go, but who knows.

I want to make vanilla ice cream, but do not have an ice cream maker. I’ve heard you can make it in a plastic bag? Is this possible & if so, how?
Thanks in advance!

I want plain mint ice cream, NO chocolate chips or anything else mixed in. I looked in all the grocery stores around me and couldn’t find it. Does anybody know a brand that makes it or a store that sells? Or if plain mint ice cream even exists?
Thanks for all the wonderful answers!

I’ve heard rumors of black ice cream but I’ve always wanted to find some.

I had chocolate ice cream but i didn’t realize that it was dripping on my pants until hours later. I tried washing them but they’re still there and now they’re faded. Is it too late to remove the stains?
