so i’m trying to make chocolate chip mint ice cream! i’m a sucker for mint stuff!
Yet there’s tons of recipes out there, so i don’t know which really works the best! so if you’ve tried, or know a good mint chocolate chip ice cream, please help me out! and i saw there’s some recipes that do not require eggs to make ice cream, but use egg yolks, so is it better to add egg to make ice cream? one more question, mint leaves or extract is better?

I work at a restaurant where I am a busser (clean tables) and I sometimes scoop ice cream but that job entails much more like making coffee, cappuccinos, some desserts and cleaning all of the work/prep area at the end of the night. For a resume, what could I say instead of busser or ice cream scooper? Thanks in advanced!
